Dear Coach/Manager:

IMPORTANT BIT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ!

WELCOME TO THE 27TH BLUEGRASS INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT!

1.  As many of you are aware, we have held our tournament on two weekends for the past few years.  This year, due to field constraints, we have combined all age groups and are playing the entire tournament the weekend of May 9th.  We are  using every single field we have access to and each one of those fields is in use in every time slot on our schedules. 

    In the past, we have been able to accommodate some requests for changes that came in after the schedules were placed on the internet.  We will NOT be able to do that this year as we simply do not have fields available. 

2.  The U9 teams, both boys and girls, are playing a total of four games each.  There will be no championship matches, but each player will receive a participation medal.  These will be given to the person checking in the team and they may be handed out whenever you wish to do so.

3.  Please remember to leave your dogs at home.  They are not permitted at any of our venues.

4.   Our team check-in does not take place on Friday night.  Instead, we ask you to come to the Headquarters’ tent at the site of your first game and to get there about an hour ahead of time. 

    Teams playing at Masterson Station on Fields 1-7 check in at the HQ tent right behind the concession stand (cement block building).  We will only have the paperwork for teams playing on those fields, so please check the site of your first match carefully.  Teams playing on Masterson Station Fields 97-99, 8-11, 12-17, and 21-22 check in at the back of the fields.  The HQ tent sits up on a hill and is very visible.  Finally, teams playing at Berea Road (BR 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6) will go there to check in if their first games are on any of those fields.
