Dear Coach/Manager:
IMPORTANT BIT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ!
1. Please send a copy of your roster and your Permit to Travel to us at:
Lexington FC, PO Box 22381, Lexington, Kentucky 40522.
2, Note that the t-shirt order forms are due to us by April 30th. We also want to make sure everybody understands there will be no hoodies sold at the tournament. They’re a pre-order item only. Finally, the prices on t-shirts are less if purchased ahead of time.
3. We require notarized Medical Release Forms for each player and will look at them during check-in. You are welcome to use your own as long as they are notarized.
4. WE DO NOT HOLD A FRIDAY NIGHT CHECK-IN. You are asked to come to the HQ tent an hour before your first game. Please note that the Berea Road (BR) fields have their own tent, and that there are two at the Masterson Station (MS) fields. If you are playing on Fields 1-7, come to the tent near the cement block building next to Field 5. Those who have their first games on Fields 13-17, 21-22, or 97-99 should go to the tent up on the hill at the back of the park.
5. Pets are not permitted at our fields. Please ask your families to leave their dogs at home.
6. We will have trainers available at all 3 HQ tents during the tournament.
7. In age groups where 6 teams are playing, we designate cross-over games on the schedule. In age groups where 10 teams are playing, however, we do not. There will be a bracket of 4 teams and two brackets of 3 teams. The two 3-team brackets will play each of the other two teams in their group and will play a cross-over determined by points. In age groups where 5 teams are playing, we will play a Round Robin format and the winning and 2nd place teams will be determined by points.
